Refunds & Exchanges

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your delivery is either not what you ordered or you believe it to be faulty please contact us. We will replace or refund (at our discretion) any product that you're not satisfied with in the event it is not what you ordered, damaged or faulty. We may ask you to provide information such as photos. Unfortunately we will not offer a refund for change of mind.
