Are you hoarding empty Loula-Eve candle jars at the back of your cupboard?  Why not reuse your jar by purchasing a candle refill in one of our beautiful fragrances. 

Our refills are an environmentally friendly cost-effective way to reuse your jars over and over again.  Our refills have been tailor made to slide seamlessly into our signature Luxe White 300g Candle jars only.

In making the choice to refill, not only are you doing your bit for the environment, but you are also saving up to 30% off on a new candle.

Refills are not pillar candles and must be burnt inside jar. 

To prepare your empty jar for reuse you will need to safely remove any residual wax as well as the metal wick tab from the base of the of the jar. Please see our cleaning instructions below.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

When lighting your candle for the first time, burn your candle for at least 3-4 hours or until the wax has melted across the entire surface of the jar.

Please do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time as this can damage the wick and affect the safety and cleanliness of the burn.

Be sure to trim your wick approximately 5mm before each burn to limit smoke and a large flame. Keep candle free of any foreign materials including matches and wick trimmings.

Discontinue use when wax reaches 1 cm from the base of the jar to prevent overheating.

CLEANING INTRUCTIONS

1. Pour boiling water into the base of the jar ensuring you cover the residual wax.

2. Once the water has cooled the residual wax will have solidified to the top and can now be easily scooped out and placed into the bin. Do not pour soy wax down the sink as it may cause blockages.

3. Using a butter knife you should now be able to dislodge and remove the metal wick tab from the base of the jar.

4. Rewash the jar with hot soapy water.

5. Dry the jar thoroughly before inserting the new refill.

6. Unwrap your refill and peel the label from the wick tab which is underneath your candle.

7. Drop the refill into your clean jar, pushing down firmly so as the wick tab adheres to the bottom of the jar.

8. Light your candle, follow our candle care instructions and enjoy the ambience all over again!
