Shipping Information
Flat Rate Shipping
We offer flat rate shipping of $15.95 and free shipping on orders over $150 Australia wide.
We ship all products via Australia Post and dispatch within 5 business days of receiving your order. You will receive an email with tracking details so that you can track your parcel.
Free Local Delivery
If you live locally, we can provide a free local delivery within the greater Hobart and surrounding suburbs. On completing your purchase select 'Free Local Delivery' from the shipping options. All post codes that are applicable for this option will be displayed. Ensure you enter your name, address and phone number and we will contact you to arrange delivery.
Please allow a minimum of 48 hours notice so this can be arranged.
Local Pick Up
If you live locally, we are happy to provide a local pickup option for you from our property at Mangalore.
On completing your purchase select 'Local Pick-Up' from the shipping options. Ensure you enter your name, phone number and email contact and we will contact you to organise the pick-up of your products.
Please allow a minimum of 48 hours notice so this can be arranged.
Refunds and Exchanges
If your delivery is either not what you ordered or you believe it to be faulty please contact us. We will replace or refund (at our discretion) any product that you're not satisfied with in the event it is not what you ordered, damaged or faulty. We may ask you to provide information such as photos. Unfortunately we will not offer a refund for change of mind.
